I never received my order.

I forked out £18.59 for shipping (the item itself is £25), so it’s a bit pricey for what I bought. After waiting the full 14 days they promised, the item is still MIA. They took a whole week just to ship it.
I reached out to their customer service chat on the website, and it takes them 2 days or more to get back to me. I’m about to leave the country and was counting on taking the stand with me (it’s supposed to be for travel).

By the time it arrives, I might not even be around. I really need some clarity on my package or a refund.
